One-Day Rental: Perfect for couples seeking a beautiful setting and seamless celebration all in one day.
Weekend Rental: Enjoy exclusive access from start to finish, giving you and your guests time to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories over multiple days.
All of our rental packages include exclusive use of the event barn, bridal cottage, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, and access to scenic gardens and ponds for photos. Tables, chairs, and basic setup are included, with optional upgrades available to customize your event. From getting ready with your wedding party to dancing under the stars, every detail is designed to make your celebration effortless and memorable.

During your rental period, you have exclusive access to all of the beautiful spaces on the farm including:
The Barn
Our beautiful white barn is the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony or reception!
Featuring soaring post-and-beam architecture, the barn’s exposed wood beams and columns lend warmth and character to the space, creating an inviting and romantic atmosphere. Sunlight filters through the large windows and French doors, enhancing the natural tones of the wood and adding a glow that perfectly complements any wedding theme, from rustic to refined.
Whether adorned with floral arrangements or simply left to shine on its own, our barn offers a timeless, picturesque setting for your celebration. Spaces within the barn include the cozy entry, loft, reclaimed wood bar & groom’s lounge, the main hall, catering kitchen and two restrooms.
The Deck & Patios
The deck, veranda and our crushed stone patio provide breathtaking views of our pasture, forests and ponds. These outdoor spaces allow you to design a unique and memorable experience for your guests:
Our breezy and beautiful white covered deck can be used as a lovely and cool ceremony location, wedding lounge or open air dance floor.
The veranda is the perfect setting for your after ceremony cocktail hour. Your guests can relax and enjoy cocktails and comfortable upholstered teak furniture, overhead fans and scenic views.
The spacious crushed stone patio can also be used for your ceremony or you can rent furniture and create a picture perfect lounge for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. The patio can also accommodate a (rented) tent as well!
The Bridal Cottage
Our elegant white bridal cottage was designed to provide all the conveniences you will need for bridal party pampering and fun.

Bridal Cottage — perfect for getting ready with your wedding party.
Ceremony Locations — choose from the meadow, the barn deck or the scenic crushed stone patio.
Tables + Chairs — seating included for up to 150 guests.
Farm Grounds - meadows, gardens and pond access for photos and guest enjoyment.
Parking & Support — ample guest parking on site and staff available for venue needs.
Set-Up & Take-Down Time — early Saturday access for décor and preparation, with evening access through event conclusion at 11pm.
Add-On Services:
Coordination, Catering, Bar Service & Overnight Accommodations may be added to create an all-inclusive experience.

Weekend Rental
$12,000 — Weekend Venue Rental (Friday–Sunday)
Exclusive Venue & Farm Access — enjoy our 300-acre family farm for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday).
The White Barn — timber-framed event barn with soaring ceilings, chandeliers, and flexible layouts for ceremony + reception.
Bridal Cottage — perfect for getting ready with your wedding party.
Ceremony Locations — choose from the meadow, the barn deck or the scenic crushed stone patio.

Set-Up + Take-Down Time — access starting Friday afternoon for rehearsal and décor, full wedding day on Saturday, and Sunday morning for gathering belongings.
