All of our rental packages include exclusive use of the event barn, bridal cottage, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, and access to scenic gardens and ponds for photos. Tables, chairs, and basic setup are included, with optional upgrades available to customize your event. From getting ready with your wedding party to dancing under the stars, every detail is designed to make your celebration effortless and memorable.

During your rental period, you have exclusive access to all of the beautiful spaces on the farm including:
The Barn
Our beautiful white barn is the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony or reception!
Featuring soaring post-and-beam architecture, the barn’s exposed wood beams and columns lend warmth and character to the space, creating an inviting and romantic atmosphere. Sunlight filters through the large windows and French doors, enhancing the natural tones of the wood and adding a glow that perfectly complements any wedding theme, from rustic to refined.
Whether adorned with floral arrangements or simply left to shine on its own, our barn offers a timeless, picturesque setting for your celebration. Spaces within the barn include the cozy entry, loft, reclaimed wood bar & groom’s lounge, the main hall, catering kitchen and two restrooms.
The Deck & Patios
The deck, veranda and our crushed stone patio provide breathtaking views of our pasture, forests and ponds. These outdoor spaces allow you to design a unique and memorable experience for your guests:
Our breezy and beautiful white covered deck can be used as a lovely and cool ceremony location, wedding lounge or open air dance floor.
The veranda is the perfect setting for your after ceremony cocktail hour. Your guests can relax and enjoy cocktails and comfortable upholstered teak furniture, overhead fans and scenic views.
The spacious crushed stone patio can also be used for your ceremony or you can rent furniture and create a picture perfect lounge for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. The patio can also accommodate a (rented) tent as well!
The Bridal Cottage
Our elegant white bridal cottage was designed to provide all the conveniences you will need for bridal party pampering and fun.

Enjoy the luxury of time and total privacy. This package grants you exclusive use of the Blue Bell Farm grounds and venue during the following hours:
• Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Use this time for a relaxed décor setup, a meaningful ceremony rehearsal, or an intimate welcome gathering on the property.
• Saturday | All Day: From morning preparations in the bridal cottage to your late-night reception, the farm is yours for a seamless ceremony and celebration.
By securing the venue for two days, you eliminate the stress of "day-of" logistics. You’ll have the freedom to perfect your floral details, walk through your ceremony under the open sky, and wake up on Saturday knowing everything is already exactly where it should be.

The Weekend Itinerary
• Friday | Setup & Celebration (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Arrive at noon to begin your setup and ceremony rehearsal. This package includes your Rehearsal Dinner venue rental, allowing you to host an intimate welcome meal on-site and settle into the farm's rhythm.
• Saturday | The Grand Event (All Day): Wake up on-site and step straight into your wedding day. No commute, no rush—just a seamless transition from morning preparations to your "I do" and a full-scale reception.
• Sunday | The Send-Off (Until 1:00 PM): Why end the party on the dance floor? You have the option to host a Farewell Brunch, allowing you to relive the highlights with your guests over coffee and seasonal fare before a relaxed departure.
Overnight Accommodations
Skip the hotel blocks and stay where the magic happens. This package includes two nights of luxury in our charming Bridal Cottage:
• Friday Night: A peaceful sanctuary for the Bride and Maid of Honor to rest and prepare.

Our "Month-of" service begins 6 weeks before your date. We step in to tie up every loose end, act as the primary point of contact for your team, and ensure your only job is saying "I do."
What’s Included:
• The Master Blueprint: We create and manage a comprehensive wedding weekend timeline, synchronized down to the minute for your wedding party and vendors.
• Vendor Takeover: Starting 30 days out, we handle all communications. We confirm arrival times, review contracts, and ensure everyone is aligned with your vision.
• Rehearsal Direction: A 60-minute on-site rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their place, their pace, and the plan.
• Full-Day Execution: On-site coordination from setup to teardown. We manage the ceremony flow, cue the music, troubleshoot behind the scenes, and keep the reception moving seamlessly.
